Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please Note: Due to the delicate nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns on Glass Ornaments, Snowglobes, Water Lanterns, or any item from the Christmas Decorations and Hanging Christmas Baubles collections that shows signs of being unpackaged or handled. These items are exempt from return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item using its original packaging if possible. Include your Returns Authorisation number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. If we made a mistake, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please follow the return process above, clearly stating you would like an exchange and specifying your preferred replacement item.
